Blessings to Chapel Hill Florist for making up flower arraignments and delivering them; bringing joy to others in these uncertain times! This is definitely an essential service! Four stars (only because I was unable to see the actual finished arraignment because I purchased online.) In person and delivery I have always been exceptionally pleased with them. Over the past decade, I have used them 2x for delivery and 3x in person. They have had high quality flowers, plants and arrangements! I wish I could send flowers more often!
